NEO/USD Setting up for Upwards Move
Looking for NEO to bounce off ~30.5 USD mark within the next day or two. On the 4 hour timeframe (plotted below) the RSI is looking good and MACD crossing in progress.
I'll be buying the bounce when and if it happens.
