Restaurant Sari Wangi, crispy fried chicken and sauteed genjer oncom
Culinary Sundanese cuisine continues to appear even once fans have known the main menu is nothing more than chicken and some types of fish, fried or burned. Sunday, end of September and my brother and my husband stopped at Rumah Makan Sari Wangi located on Jalan Padjadjaran Bogor. In terms of the different menu of Sundanese restaurants I have ever visited is tasting vegetables tumjer genjer. It feels spicy with a little sweet, because there is an element oncomnya. When eaten hot it was unbroken rice I bribe. What's special about this oncom vegetable genjer, I do not feel the presence of msg, maybe replaced sugar and salt alloy with the right composition.
