The fascinating beauty of a decentralizing 'root-technology' is not that it can make you rich. The amazing thing about bitcoin is that it captured the entire population's attention with the historical 'get-rich quick' story. But really if it's the currency you're still looking at, you aren't seeing the real miracle. The blockchain ledger and it's potential to create 'general consensus' on different societal decisions for larger amounts of people than we ever could before, without a president.

We are approaching a time when not just currency is used on a voluntary basis, but decision making via 'upvotes' on blockchain ledgers allow us to do more projects together, on this planet.
