Feliz navidad querida comunidad de full deportes, hoy quiero iniciar mi semana con un intenso cardio, que trae muchos beneficios, como fortalecer la resistencia, quemar grasa y tener más movilidad en mi cuerpo, es una cardio hit muy movido con muchas variantes, este entrenamiento lo realice en 3 series de 30 segundos, los invito a disfrutar de mi video querido amigos, sin añadir más nos vemos en otra oportunidad.

Wow, se ve que es un cardio bastante intenso y en que se trabajan muchos grupos musculares, al terminar debes quedar empapada en sudor y eso es también muy bueno para depurar. Me gustó porque son ejercicios bastante sencillos.
