Mindset and dealing with issues

Recently I have been told that I am in a bad mood and I suppose in a way I have but I have also been dealing with the loss of my house in the Uk.

Sorry, I can't be perfect all the time but things aren't always that easy and I am trying to deal with my thoughts in the only way I know.

I am an introvert by nature I know it doesn't look like it when you watch my videos, but creating video allows me to show a nice of me not many people exist.
