Avoid the toxic people
Toxic people are very dangerous and they can make your life miserable if you do not avoid them and their problems , toxic people will ruin your emotions and still make you feel like the guilty one and act like they are the innocent one..
Toxic people can drive you to insanity , they can make tou experience depression if you do not control your emotions towards the way they behave to you.
If you care about your sanity then you should do everything possible to avoid the people who are toxic.
I personally have dated a toxic person before and I went through hell in that relationship , infact I was beginning to lose my mind and loosing my sanity , it made me to start acting miserable and behaving in a confused way..
Leaving that toxic relationship at that time was one of the best decisions I made in life..
If you have toxic people around you , then you should avoid them...if the toxic person is among your loved ones then you might not be able to avoid them fully ,so in such case you can help the person to get the solutions to help them to stop the toxicity but they must be willing to change for them to be able to get the solutions to their problem..
should avoid them or better still you can assist them to look for
