Bad drivers in Europe

In the past weeks I am "enojoying" Youtube video like the one below.

It exposes bad drivers from all over the world, although most are from the UK.
The most sad thing is that in almost all the clips, the person driving in the car with the dashcam is at a safe-enough distance to break safely, but instead these drivers prefer to speed-up to justify their "swearing".

I have had a look around and different rankings put UK drivers as the most disciplined in Europe.
East european are usually the worst, although italian are considered dangerous as well, as the respect of the traffic lights and road sign is often at the driver discretion...
