River Lights.
River lights, that's where I buried all my worries
I still have fond memories of all the stories
I've been told by grandma, the tales by moonlight
These memories are my comfort zone away from the life of strife
It's a reminder of how things used to be so I want to strive
Strive to be better and with my whole being, to thrive
River lights can be so dimming yet they speak volumes
With the aura and spectacular view, it's easy to forget your worries
Just by paying attention to nature speaking ease with ease
There is no place I would rather be than to be sighted by the river lights
It can be dimming yet it illuminates my soul and gives direction
The world is not perfect but when I am there, all I see is perfection
I see my life reborn again as though every time it's my resurrection
River lights gives me this calming effect and makes me feel reborn
I see life in a new light every time I visit though with different problems
I always come to just one answer and that's to keep holding on

There are some good lines here. Fav would be this passage:
I do miss the old times where me and the family used to live in the woods with a wooden house 🏠 and a river beside the house for us to fish 🎏 such a simple life also for some reason is calming. Planning to build that dream again want to feel the calmness of simple living again. Thanks for this poem brings back memories of old and simple times
