Welcome back. Seems you're still blacklisted. Maybe you can reach out to them and ask them to remove you from their list
how do you get off the blacklist? I'm not even sure why I am on... I reached out to them and never got a reply.. I explained to them I did not plagiarize.. never got a reply... I will try again.
