रामचिरैया (KINGFISHER )

रामचिरैया एक छोेटे से मध्य आकार की रंग-बिरंगी पक्षी होती हैं।रामचिरैया की लगभग ९० जातियाँ होती हैं।सभी जातीयों के बड़े सिर, लम्बी व नोकीली चोंच, छोटी टांग और छोटी दुम होती हैं।

Kingfisher is small-medium sized colourful bird. The family contains approx 90 species. All kingfishers have large heads, long, sharp, pointed bills short legs and stubby tail.

रामचिरैया के अस्तित्व को मनुष्यों के स्वार्थपूर्ण कार्यो से खतरा पैदा हो गया हैं। वन के समाप्त होने से इनके रहने के आवास स्थान भी खत्म हो चुके हैं और सीमित जगहो पर ही पाए जाते हैं।

Kingfisher's species are considered threaten by human activities & are in danger of extinction. The natural habitats are destroyed and they are found in limited areas only.
