Slavo Striegl – a painter who carried our city within him
Good day dear Friends in the Visual Shots Community 🙌📸
I have already posted several times about our artist and favorite professor, Slavo Striegl. So let's repeat it today, he was born in Sisak in 1919, and with his creativity he recorded the people, landscapes, atmosphere and time in which he lived, remaining permanently connected to our city. As a token of memory of this special person of our city, the professor was given a statue on the promenade along the Kupa, where he often walked, and it also bears his name.
That morning, while taking photos of the city, I again felt how the art of people with their talent and work makes the city richer. Slavo Striegl is one of them.
So, let's go see together!
I took the photos with a Nikon D750, 50mm lens, f/1.8, manual mode, RAW format required, variable ISO and shutter speed. Processing in Photoshop - Camera Raw Filter.
This is all for Today, see you soon!
