DID SNOWDEN DO A DEAD MAN SWITCH?

On Friday a cryptic message was released on Edward Snowden's twitter account and then it mysteriously vanished. The whistle blower has been feared dead or has simply went dark since. Some believe this 64 character will lead to a data dump soon where a "dead man's switch" is set up as an insurance policy against would be assassins or other possibilities.
