Fruit Jamblang || JAMBE KLENG

Fruit plants sweet and sour sweet and sweet is also known by various names such as jambee kleng, cashew kling, nunang, koliong guava, guava kalan and so forth.

This fruit basically has a sense that sepat like guava if it is not ripe or mature right fruit.

Jamblang can be found in both cultivated / wild in tropical Asia and Australia. The jamblang tree has its natural dispersal areas in the subtropical Himalayas, India, Sri Lanka, Malesia and Australia and Indonesia. Currently it has been planted throughout the tropics and subtropics.

Particularly on the island of Aceh, it grows wild in teak forests and is cultivated as fruit trees in the yard, from lowlands up to 500 mdpl. However, it can grow at an altitude of 1800 masl. The rainfall needed for good growth is more than 1000 mm per year with a real dry season.
