INVEST IN "STEEM POWER"

Not so sure bout becoming a whale one day but a Dolphin would do just fine. I agree with you on getting more SP if you are in it for the long run. I definitely need work on getting more! MOOORE POOOOWER!!!!!!!!

@goodaytraders you mentioned that Steem Power affects vote weight and that we should invest in Steem Power. Can you expound on why we should convert our Steem to Steem Power, when vote weight primarily affects the author?

I have to completely agree with you @goodaytraders ! That's exactly how I think about the recent HF19 and the new boost in voting power. I've been going nuts on the platform today, only to power up my account 7 days from now.

I agree totally with you.Steem power is a long term investment that will see even minnows like me, a week old lol, income growing steadily over time.

I am one of the minnows. Before the HF 19 has been launched, I feel like I got even no influence power at all, my vote didn't even make the "number" has a single change at all (less than 0.01). Afterwards, I can see the number movement aftsr I voted! Despite my influence is still very limited, but the HF19 did really change and motivate me a lot. Thereby I would consider investing in Steem Power in order to increase my influence here! My first little goal: hoping my vote would worth $0.1 in a month !:)

I plan to keep all my earning in steem power and not withdraw anything for at least 1 year or until it hits 20$. There's no doubt in my mind that it will increase 10 folds or even more. It is just a question of time.

I would be happy to hear from some whales how long it took them to get to that point and the amount of work and devotion they put in so far they should be commended!

Is it better to get 100% steem power for your post or to get 50% and power up the steem dollars to steem power?

How much steem power is needed to be a dolphin? I would like to invest in steem power but I dont know how much I need to get more money for my post/votes.

More Steempower = More Power = More influence = Greater growth.

I'm still really new here - but I keep seeing this running theme of steem will be the future of social media. I hate to sound ignorant, but I have to ask - why? I'm not doubting the notion - I just need to know where that basis is coming from - how would the likes of all the current social media be outdone by Steem? Is it just because there's money involved? Or is there something larger at play that I don't know about?
