RAISE YOUR STANDARD
Whenever you sincerely want to make a change, you need to raise your standards. The most important thing is changing what you demand of yourself.
Write down the things you will no longer accept in your life, all the things you will no longer tolerate, and all the things that you aspire to become in your journal.
follow it judicially and always go back to your it to track your progress, set milestones and cover it.
And whenever you fall short, don't walk yourself up don't quit, continue and it will become your second nature
