Steemit Beta, what next?

Hi, I am new to this great #steemit network. As I can see whole system is literally in beta. Still a bit rough, where money comes first before entertainment and content. Is there a some kind of roadmap for steemit, where I can track whole progress?I would really like to see steemit in a role of reddit in couple of years. A also think I have some useful ideas, I would like to share. Is there any place with admins, or tech guys I could possibly introduce it?
