The act of shopping
I am a shopaholic. Most of the time this is limited to cosmetics and snacks. Indeed, shopping relieves my stress. It is the act of making purchases itself rather than owning new things that helps me alleviate stress. Recently, the major source of stress has been my thesis proposal - so I bought a new foundation and a primer from Nars (excuses excuses).
