Golden moments

Danny and the twins differ 6 months in age. Babies of their age normally just play alongside each other, not really interacting much. But when they do, it is precious to see.
Theo was sitting on the mat, playing with some blocks when Danny walked past and grabbed Lee’s blanket that was hanging over the side of the cot. He pulled it over his head and kept walking. Just as I wanted to catch him from walking into Theo, he stopped and pulled the blanket off. He immediately pulled the blanket over his head again. Theo laughed at him, and pulling the blanket off again, Danny’s face was a big toothy grin with dimples in his chubby cheeks. They played peekaboo for a minute or so until Danny lost his balance and fell over. Theo was laughing so hard that he fell over too.
I just sat there, enjoying that golden moment, watching two little boys play.
