Cool, Calm, and Collected
If there’s one quality I think that everyone should cultivate, it has to be ‘CALMNESS’. The ability to remain calm in any given situation will not only help you get out of trouble, it’ll also prevent you from getting into them in the first place. Because by being in this state you’re more likely to see difficulties before they arise.
Remaining calm is one of the best way to stay present in the moment. You’re like in a meditative state; you notice everything, good and bad, and yet your attention stays unwavering.
It’s like having a super power. You’ll stand out. Because when everybody’s losing their head, yours will be cool. This way, you’ll gain emotional freedom. By the same token, you’ll be able to come up with the best ideas and solutions.
Your relationships and your work life will witness some great improvements. In turn, your company will be very sought after. After all, everybody wants to be around those people who seem to be well-collected.

By the way, this post is one of my favorite. It took me about two days to finish writing it. I didn’t want it too be too long to read, but I also wanted to come up with something useful and pragmatic.
