Wim Hof Method for motivation

I would like to take the time to recommend the Wim Hof method.

I challenge anyone to try this method for 7 days to see how they feel for themselves. Mildly depressed? Unmotivated? Stuck? In need of a change or morale boost? I would be willing to bet that the veil would lift after only 7 to 10 days of this method.
