"A big man gave it to you?"

"Yes. A very big man. The army, soldiers, institutions, all are under his control."

The daughter fell silent. She kept thinking. Then she said.

"No one knew, Amma. That you brought this charity ration..?"

"No.. I was wearing a veil.. When I took the picture, my abaya hid my face."
