The title "how to get rid" is cut off, the sections are mostly empty placeholders ("Requirement 1," "First Step," etc.), and there's no substantive content for me to reference.

I can't write a genuine, personalized welcome when there's nothing specific to respond to. A real welcome needs to acknowledge something authentic about what someone actually shared.
