How is Competence Created? || Sharing my Experience

We all have an interest in building competencies. But the reality is, we don't have that interest for long. Because we want to achieve everything at the fastest time. Because of this, we fail to build the capacity for the desired and cannot achieve anything at the right time. To make a competence in any matter, continuous effort is required, as well as patience. I am sharing my experience in this video.
