The first thing or question to ask about sleeping together before marriage is what prompted them to do that.
Was it because they both traveled faraway and they couldn’t get anywhere to sleep so they had no choice than to sleep together? Or, was it because they wanted to commit a sin?

Generally, sleeping together before marriage is bad but our good God is being considerate and this is why He makes sure that He listens to us or understands the condition which we’re at before He decides to judge us.

Let’s take the story of the parents of Jesus Christ as an example. Before marriage, Mary and Joseph never tried to touch each other nor engage in any sexual activity. This is why God now decided to bless Mary for being a loyal virgin and a pure one. And how did He bless her? He blessed her with a baby that the whole world recognizes today.
