Fitness Plans
Hello Everyone!
Recently my wonderful fiancée created a new instagram account for workout plans and daily updates in the lead up to our wedding. She is a NSCA certified personal trainer and studying kinesiology so there is a lot of great information there already and only more to come. If you want to take a look, here is a link.
