The theme of the week is still "Prioritize, Execute" with a focus on family and health.
Whatever that means when you're in the midst of the Cold of the Century. :-)

As far as professional development is concerned, the webinar with Hima Reddy yesterday was mind blowing.
Makes me think as far as career choices are concerned, there are perspectives for me in trading.

Preparedness: the same issue with my Oura as alway. Half loaded at 6.30PM and empty before the night is over, so no readiness score beside HRV, CNS and BOLT scores.
They're not trending downward anymore so GOOD.

Family: Maya and I made crispy chicken satays yesterday with salad and some bread.
Everybody apparently loves salad all at once 😂

Het thema van de week is nog steeds "Prioritize, Execute" met een focus op familie en gezondheid.
Wat dat ook betekent als je midden in de Verkoudheid van de Eeuw zit. :-)

Wat professionele ontwikkeling betreft, was het webinar met Hima Reddy gisteren verbluffend.
Zet me aan het denken wat betreft loopbaankeuzes, er zijn perspectieven voor mij in tradingl.

Paraatheid: hetzelfde probleem met mijn Oura als altijd. Half geladen om 18.30 uur en leeg voordat de nacht voorbij is, dus geen gereedheidsscore naast HRV-, CNS- en BOLT-scores.
Ze dalen niet meer.
GOED.

Familie: Maya en ik hebben gisteren krokante kipsaté's gemaakt met salade en wat brood.
Iedereen is blijkbaar plotseling dol op salade. 😂
