as my search goes for clould bitcoin mining site i came across this website

i am using thing site for over a week now and i reached the minimum withdrar limit but i requested my money it asked for a small fee .001 as a transaction fee i guess , but i didn't have any bitcoin to pay and as soon as i can pay the fee i will request my money , i hope it's not a scam ..... please share your opinion
