Today was the first date for paying out HBD bonds!

Thanks to everyone that participated. After the payouts are done, I will anounce the sale of the second bonds. It will be again for 10k HBD, on the principle, first come first served. There will be a week period for the sale. If you want to participate, have some liquid HBD after February 25th. More details in the annucment post.
I will also publish an aftermath of the first bond sale, how it went, how much was covered from post rewards and how much for me.

People have a hard time understand how to 1000x this platform.
Trust * Product = Wealth
Liquidity is not that important top down, because the product is the friction in the transaction that moves the liquidity between peers. I just wanted my liquidity back, as a proof of trust. What you need is trust in the fact that the liquidity will move the product as promised. Therefore the product can be bought, while the liquidity remains unchanged - yet relocated.
Why don't you open a fund and buy something for 20-100k that creates Yield? I think people trust you enough.
Consider this: currency is a crucial element of the monetary system. It allows us to transfer assets from one wallet to another within this system, sparking the movement of goods and services in a seemingly magical, separate system. The linchpin of this entire operation is trust among all participants that these assets will hold their value and promise in the market's future.
In essence, having faith in currencies like Hive or HBD empowers you to command future goods and services, even beyond the immediate ecosystem. This is made possible through a collective trust in each other to exchange value for value, both now and in the future.
Given this trust placed in you as a participant, you should approach your ventures with ambition and eagerness. This mindset fuels progress and leads to growth.
It's a common belief that smart contracts and bridges are necessary to create deeper value, but that's not entirely true. These are merely tools for facilitating trustless transactions automatically; they don't actually build or move physical objects.
You did proof something very impressive, maybe by accident. The level of trust you command is big enough to buy a flat or small business. It is 100HBD - 1000HBD per trustee and you limited your range of action to only raw yield this time. But there is no reason to not aim higher.

In the next sale I do plan to buy some btc with a small amount of the funds and take the risk upon me on the btc price movemnet.
All small steps for now.
The problem with this is scale. Its easy to provide 200-300 usd for a 10k sale for a three months period. Its hard to provide 20k to 30k for 1M ... if played right and with time we might get there, but it will take some time.
People might be willing to take the risk off your hands, if you are willing to put down the work required. Life certainly is short after all.
