Drill 7 - Ball Manipulation and Ball Control
Having great ball control can help you all over the pitch whether that be during training or matches, this is a vital skill to have and can help you in all situations.

keeping the ball under control at all times

Be sure to use left and right foot individually

As your confidence grows use skills to move around the obstacles as if they were players

Remember to keep your head up so you know where the next obstacle is

We have worked on a drill like this with cones (Ball maneuvering) but not as fast as that lady up there. This drill is incredible, we will work on it till we perfect it. Thanks for putting this up HeadCoach! 🙏
