Drill 8 - Turning with the ball
In the video below their are 4 turns which should help you retain the ball under pressure.
- Maintaining a low position when turning which will provide you security
- Accelerate away once the turn has been completed to gain space between you and the opposition
- This can be done as slow as you like until you have successfully learnt how to turn effectively
- Always practice with both feet
