I don't know if it's legal but they have staff standing at the door with blacked out windows so that certainly doesn't look very positive.

A meal at Mayflower can be considered versatile. You can treat it like fast decent Chinese food, or you can have a real good quality meal there, take it slow, and have a good time with friends/family etc. They have two floors, the basement has private enclosed areas for group parties.
