The model they adopt is more akin to lining up for lunch servings at school and scanning your card to total up anything you order. At the end, you simply hand your card back to the cashier at the exit and pay however much you've run up on your "tab".

Although it adopts a sort of school lunch approach to ordering food, and an up market bar style "tab", it does have a roomy classy environment and food quality to match.
