John Lennon könnte heute, am 09.10.2018, seinen 77. Geburtstag feiern. Tragischer weise wurde dieser begnadete Künstler und friedliebende Mensch im Alter von 40 Jahren von einem offensichtlich unzurechnungsfähigen Attentäter gewaltsam aus dem Leben gerissen.
Sein bekanntester und schönster Song ist, meiner bescheidenen Meinung nach, Imagine:
"Stell dir vor, es gäbe...
nichts, wofür es sich zu töten oder sterben lohnt."
John Lennon could celebrate his 77th birthday today. Unfortunately this gifted artist and peace-loving person at the age of 40 years was forcibly torn from life by an obviously incompetent assassin.
His most famous and most beautiful song is, imho, Imagine:
