Free or inexpensive trading crypto on the blockchain is becoming a hard reality for most users, I feel your pain as I too experienced high trading fees, but not on blocktrades. So sorry.

I don't use Blocktrades because of big fee.There are much better options out there.

I also noticed that blocktrades fee is very high. I used it to buy Steem some months ago and found that it becomes costly for me to trade with them. Till then I have not made transactions with them.

I can't provide any insight on this but wtf... I resteemed so it might reach someone else who knows...

I use bittrex and kraken mainly - no where near that amount!
