Mis-communication against others 👩‍👩‍👧‍👦

It's happen to all of us, where when we try to communicate with others and some how it never seems to come out our mouth the way we had it in our head. Or you say tomatoes and I say tomotos but we both mean the same thing just worded differently. My question is does that make either party wrong??
