[ENG-ESP] My day off with my wife at the pool | Mi día libre con mi esposa en la piscina

Today I decided to treat myself to a break from the daily grind. There's nothing better than sharing my day off with the best company: my wife. From the morning on, we calmly prepared everything: towels, music, and something refreshing to drink. The sun was shining brightly and it was quite warm. The pool awaited us, with that tempting blue color that invites you to forget everything. The first sensation upon diving into the water was like resetting my mind. Laughter was inevitable: we swam competitively, played like children, and also found moments of silence where we simply looked at each other and enjoyed being together. While we rested on the shore, we toasted to our love, to the dreams we shared, and to those small moments that make life meaningful. The day passed quickly, but it remained engraved as a beautiful memory. Sometimes you don't need a big trip or complicated plans; all it takes is a day off, a pool, and the person you love to feel completely happy.

Hoy decidí regalarme un respiro de la rutina diaria. Nada mejor que compartir mi día libre con la mejor compañía: mi esposa. Desde la mañana preparamos todo con calma: toallas, música y algo refrescante para beber. El sol brillaba fuerte y había bastante calor. La piscina nos esperaba con ese azul tentador que invita a olvidarse de todo. La primera sensación al sumergirme en el agua fue como reiniciar mi mente. Junto a ella las risas fueron inevitables: competimos nadando, jugamos como niños y también encontramos momentos de silencio en los que simplemente nos mirábamos y disfrutábamos de estar juntos. Mientras descansábamos a la orilla, brindamos por nuestro amor, por los sueños que compartimos y por esos pequeños momentos que hacen que la vida tenga sentido. El día pasó rápido, pero quedó grabado como un recuerdo hermoso. A veces no se necesita un gran viaje ni planes complicados; solo basta un día libre, una piscina y la persona que amas para sentirse plenamente feliz.
