Why herbs?

Herbs have been around from day one (not religious talk)
Genesis 1:29 “ Behold, I have given you every herb yielding seed”
So why do we known so little about herbs and use of it?
When this website presented it self there was opportunity to
‘Make the goal of your actions (posting, commenting, upvoting, etc.) to add value to the platform and community.”
