As beautiful as the dragonfly looks, so is the process of its birth. They are born from eggs; But the dragonfly does not come out directly from the egg. First the caterpillar or larva emerges, then the caterpillar transforms into a pupa and then the impeccably beautiful dragonfly. A total of four steps complete the dragonfly life cycle.
