I have no idea what I just upvoted and followed... but it was compelling enough to make me do both!

My guess is it allows for anyone on the internet to collaborate and make projects together. Also allows for split curation.

This is the same team that made steem park and I am sure they are releasing a solution to address some pain points in their process.
