crane fly
Good day to my hive friends.
for today’s post I chose Crane fly.
it looks like an oversized mosquito.

I took these few photos last summer
the most interesting thing about them are the eyes, when they take off they are very loud so most people and children are afraid of them.
otherwise they hide in the tall grass and they feed with decaying-organic matter. How interesting is that.
