Switching to bi-weekly earn-token payout (DELEGATE AND GET 8.12% APR)

Hello, it's been a little time since we started paying out voters rewards in earn token currently 8.12% APR, but it take a lot of time to do the payouts so i started doing them using https://distrib.hivelive.me/.

But only two digits are payed out, so in order to send more rewards to smaller delegation I choose to send the rewards every two weeks so payout round higher and even small account get more rewards .
