GLD Update for August 1st, 2024
Finally I get this update done on the first day of the month, horray!
With no response to last months call for people who wanted to get a HBD donation for a post on a frugal meal I'm going to put the community on sleep mode. I'll keep paying out dividends on the GLD coin and I'll keep on supporting the coin but I won't be actively trying to recruit posts
However, if anyone is interested in making a post they think would benefit the community tag me in a proposal and I'll certainly look at it. I'll be away for the first two weeks in August but when I get back I'll see if anyone tag me.

GLD Coin Update
Tribaldex
The GLD coin has held the value I want it to which is 100:1
Well, actually it has appreciated. Instead of 100 GLD getting you 1 Hive it will get you 1.097. 9.7% higher than it was at the beginning of the year.
Other metrics:
Market Cap for the coin is down to $119 due to the drop in Hive value.
Liquidity Pool Value is also down to $178.824 again due to the drop in Hive value.
Hive-Engine
Making sure that there are buy and sell orders on Hive-Engine has been an issue. With small valuation I'd often to go the Hive-engine and find that someone was trying to sell GLD for a terrible price. In that regard I've made sure to increase the BUY orders so people can get their 100:1 peg if they wish to sell and made a larger SELL pool at 110:1 (roughly the current price on Tribaldex).
Monthly Payouts
The coin holders remained fairly similar compared to last month and the payouts went out on July 4th (if I remember correctly).

It seems like recruiting post is a challenge here. Can't say why our friends don't wanna try a mission even though I have sown samples of varying food preparation here.

Okay, I will go for the meal preparation post. I don't know when you will want it done, but I will check previous posts in the community (yours and that of @monica-ene) so I can understand how you want it to be done.

Expect some HBD to come your way in two weeks or so (when I'm back from vacation). You can check @monica-ene's post but she put a lot more effort into it than I had expected. I'll send more details after I send the HBD.
