Please tag all HBIT whales whenever you increase the HBIT tokens in circulation and give some time (about 48 hours) for them to read your announcement, so that they are able to buy HBIT tokens in case they would be knocked off the HBIT whale list and they still want to continue being HBIT whales by buying more HBIT tokens. 🤓😅

I see what you're getting at, but I'm probably not going to do this. Not a big fan of tagging multiple people and I really don't wish to get into the reminder business. As far as when new tokens will be minted/issued to the hivebits account and thus altering the circulating supply... I have been minting in batches of 1000 lately. About 100 HBIT are being minted and released each day. Right now https://he.dtools.dev/richlist/HBIT shows that there are 861 HBIT in the account, enough for 8-ish days. I usually mint when it gets down to about 100.

Since almost nobody would become an HBIT whale by accident, I assume that it is generally safe to tag each HBIT whale. 🤔 Anyway, I see that you need to put effort to tag every single HBIT whale, so it's up to you if you don't want to do it. 🤗

Maybe you could just publish an announcement (without the need to tag anyone) that you have minted another 1,000 HBIT tokens for yourself, and allow some time (about 48 hours) for people (especially HBIT whales) to see your announcement post. 😏

Here's the rate that HBIT is being emitted. blue is HBIT per day, yellow is the 7 day average, green is 30 day ave, and red is overall ave. I look mostly at the yellow. Looking at the supply in the @hivebits source and at the yellow, along with the fact that I usually mint when it gets around 100 in that account, that will give an idea of how long until the next minting.

If things keep growing, I'll either need to mint more frequently or mint more HBIT at once.

I request that you don't immediately remove from the HBIT whales list those who suddenly have less than 1% of the total HBIT in circulation after you mint new HBIT tokens to circulation. 😅

Judging by the current supply in the hivebits account and the daily emissions, my guess is that the next minting will be next weekend, give or take a day. So there's a six days. It won't be a surprise, you can simply look at the hivebits account at https://he.dtools.dev/richlist/HBIT and when it gets down to 100, time to mint.

I'll just take it as part of your challenge to make HBIT whales look at the HBIT token balance of @hivebits regularly to avoid getting knocked off the HBIT richlist (and the need for those knocked out to apply for the HBIT Whale badge again)! 😅

Hmm. Not sure, but three things:

1. be sure to use !hivebits
2. it won't work if you reply to the @hivebits account itself, any other Hive account should work, you can use the official HBIT mine @hivebits.mine

Okay, glad it's working. I just turned the notification back on since RCs were built up. I like notifications on because I think most people like to have confirmation, but notifications will come and go as RCs allow. Eventually, hopefully, the HP will grow for hivebits and this issue will subside. Have a great day!
