Hardfork does affect small accounts.
I only have 9SP and the new Hardfork changes has affected me.
3 times now I have tried to make a comment, and I have been "out of" credits so that I couldn't post my comment.
I don't really comment a lot.... But I remember when I did. I was new and commented a lot!
How does this affect new users? First time on Steemit and don't understand how everything works. They are told commenting and joining a community helps to get known and to get upvotes. But Hardfork 20 makes this very difficult.
So IDK. Seems like it is going to hurt Steemit from growing.

I looked at your steemnow data. Yeah. You have tiny bytes.
I've heard someone saying this cuts down on spam. But I can see how limiting limited commenting could be very hard on a new user.
The answer of course is Powering up and then having more Resource Credits. So... Hope this Post helps you with that!

We are good. But yeah...upvotes soooo low. Plus running out of Resource Credits after spending 5 min writing a reply.... It is a little disheartening.
