It is called " Bibimbap 비빔밥 " in Korea. Cooked rice with various vegetable topping, ...
... zucchini bean sprout spinach carrot radish fern(bracken?) and red chilli paste. Add little bit of sesame oil is important. It will be a good vegan menu, but I need to say " no egg please " when I order it. But I found beef in the bowl.
So I'd better say next time " Could you give me more veges instead of beef and egg please ".
