Deadlift Day!
Deadlifts are challenging, one of the reasons why I enjoy doing them! While I'm not setting any PRs I'm enjoying getting in higher reps with a more manageable amount of weight.

Definitely and in my messy basement! :) I've never been good at consistently going to a gym but getting a better home setup has been a game changer!
