Hi everyone!
Hope you're doing well and healthy!

It's been awhile since I've posted anything, life and work have been intensely busy but I have been posting a fair amount of content on IG with the goal of building a body positive DIY wellness community. I'd love to share here some of what I've been sharing there as well.
Was curious if have of you have tips and tricks for cross sharing content? Also, what is the best way to share videos here? Do they need to be posted on Youtube or 3speak and then linked here?
