Nothing matters except REPUTATION !!! FU*K ESTABLISHMENT !

How can someone getting a loads of upvote and earning while posting only shit contents or worse than that ,while others are getting nothing because of their lower reputation !!!!
Does it conclude that reputed steemians can earn by spreading shit and puke all over the platform ??? Is there any way to reduce the reputation by giving downvote ? May be not, otherwise things could have been different..
