Hmmm.......to me anger leads to sin , although their is no way man will not be angry in life but the best is to always ask for grace to let go!!!

True....Anger is not good, we need to watch ourself closely ....Anger can most time be caused by stress when one is not mentally fit at the moment when he/she is disturbed...
