Foie Gras Ju

Recently went to visit this restaurant in London Picadilly circus called So japanese. My friends told me about the Foie Gras rice they serve at the restaurant!!! Personally I am a huge fan of Foie Gras, because of the oily texture you get and the unique flavour of fattiness you don't get eat other kinds of meat.

Took a massive bit of rice and Foie Gras at the same time and god damn it was FIRE! The taste of the Foie Gras braised in the sweet japanese soya sauce, not to mention the hardness of the japanese rice just made the two a unique combination. Would totally recommend anyone to go here and try out the Foie Gras ju if you ever visit London.
